Job summary

Bechtel Corporation is seeking an Environmental Design Delivery professional to support DCO-backed projects, focusing on environmental compliance, consultant management and cost-aware design decisions. You will drive scopes, briefs and oversee outputs to meet project needs while promoting safe, sustainable design with carbon reduction in mind.

The role requires UK design experience on environment-led construction projects, knowledge of UK environmental legislation, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or Environmental Management (chartership desirable).
• UK design or design management experience on environment-led construction projects.
• Knowledge of UK environmental legislation, regulators and HSE requirements.
• Understanding of construction methods, constructability, quality, close-out and handover.
• Strong problem-solving skills with resilience and comfort working through ambiguity.
• Microsoft Office/Project knowledge; NEC experience and CSCS card desirable.
