Aztrum is pleased to be working with a leading Engineering Consultancy in their search for an experienced Environmental Permitting Consultant to join the team in their Swansea office! Our client offers varied services including Environmental Permitting, EIAs, Hydrology, Air Quality, Geotechnical Engineering, Acoustics & more! This role offers great exposure to the mentioned engineering disciplines as well as further training & a friendly working environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Environmental Permitting or completing EIAs.
  • Educated to degree level in an Environmental Science, Geography or other related discipline.
  • Candidates with experience or knowledge of environmental permitting are desired but this is not essential.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Duties:

  • Undertake Environmental Permit applications & liaise with relevant teams.
  • Assist with Planning Applications and Environmental Impact Assessments.
  • Prepare other technical reports such as air quality assessments, noise assessments, hydrogeological assessments etc as required.
  • Help other teams such as the waste, recycling & energy teams with environmental report preparation and project management.
