Job summary

Une entreprise leader dans la conception, l'approvisionnement et la gestion de la construction recherche un Environmental Officer pour un contrat de 12 mois à Talacre, au pays de Galles. Le candidat retenu mettra en œuvre des systèmes de gestion environnementale conformément aux directives HSE de l'entreprise et veillera à assurer la conformité environnementale sur le site.

Qualifications

• BEng ou BSc majorant en environnement ou domaine similaire.
• Expérience en projets offshore et onshore.
• Certification ISO 140001 Lead Auditor.

Responsibilities

• Effectuer des inspections environnementales et surveiller les activités des sous-traitants.
• Mettre à jour les procédures et surveiller la mise en œuvre des plans de gestion.
• Enquêter sur les incidents et soutenir le personnel clé sur site.

We are currently recruiting for an Environmental Officer to be placed in Talacre, North Wales and would be on a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension. As Environmental Officer, you will be part of the Health, Safety and Environmental department. You will implement HSE environment management systems in an operational context following the Company HSE guidelines and standards

Responsibilities

• Conduct environmental inspections and monitor subcontractors activities
• Deliver site inductions, training, and promote environmental awareness
• Update procedures and oversee implementation of management plans
• Ensure accurate reporting and KPI tracking
• Investigate incidents and support key personnel on site)

Skills / Qualifications

• Education: BEng or BSc majoring in environmental or similar
• Experience in offshore and onshore projects
• Certification: ISO 140001 Lead Auditor
