Allen & York are excited to be working with a leading, dynamic consultancy, specialising in offshore engineering, with an established international profile in large-scale submarine cable developments and operations.

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Environmental Modeller. The successful candidate will be part of a specialist team, delivering exciting environmental modelling and impact assessment projects to clients in the UK and internationally.

Responsibilities:

  1. Hold a relevant degree in science, engineering, mathematics or geography.
  2. Possess excellent data analysis and IT literacy skills.
  3. Use predictive models and advanced data analysis and management tools.
  4. Be confident using modelling software, such as DELFT or MIKE.
  5. Produce high standard scientific reports.
  6. Liaise with clients, regulators, and stakeholders.
  7. Manage work packages or projects.
  8. Collaborate with colleagues to develop practical and quantified leading-edge solutions.
