We’re entering an exciting new growth phase and are buildingout our commercial team to meet demand. To support this, we’re looking to hireambitious, commercially minded sales professionals with a strong drive to winnew business in environmental markets.

Purpose of the Role

This position will play a critical role in acceleratingRedshaw Advisors’ growth across core markets including Compliance Carbon (EUETS / UK ETS), Voluntary Carbon Markets, and Renewable Energy sourcing.

This is a hunter role: you will be responsible foridentifying high-potential prospects, opening doors, and progressingconversations from first contact through to close. You’ll bring an informed,consultative approach to clients, working closely with internal trading andadvisory teams to deliver tailored solutions.

You have experience in the carbon market or a relatedindustry such as FX, commodities, or financial services. What matters most,however, is your drive to generate new business and your ability to engage confidentlyin technically complex topics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactivelyidentify, engage, and secure new business opportunities across carbonmarkets (compliance and voluntary), renewables, and trading services.
  • Buildand manage a strong personal pipeline through outbound prospecting,network engagement, and industry visibility.
  • Developa deep understanding of client challenges related to carbon exposure,regulatory compliance, offsetting, and hedging.
  • Clearlyand confidently articulate Redshaw Advisors’ capabilities to seniorstakeholders across energy, sustainability, finance, and tradingfunctions.
  • Collaboratewith internal teams – including trading, advisory, and operations – tostructure proposals and onboard new clients effectively.
  • Maintainaccurate pipeline tracking in the CRM system, contributing to data-drivencommercial planning and reporting.
  • RepresentRedshaw Advisors at external events, roundtables, and industry conferencesto enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Skills &Experience Required

  • Minimum3 years' experience in one or more of the following:
  • Carbonmarkets (compliance or voluntary)
  • Energytrading / commodities
  • DeliverableFX or financial instruments sales
  • B2Bsales into regulated or complex environments
  • Understandingof, or interest in, EUAs, UKAs, carbon offsetting, and renewableenergy procurement is ideal – though this can be developed ifcoming from a strong trading/FX background.
  • Provensuccess in a new business development or consultative sales role.
  • Strongcommercial acumen and the ability to hold high-value conversations withsenior decision-makers.
  • Organised,proactive, and outcome-focused – you know how to build pipeline and keepit progressing.
  • Confidentcommunicator, both written and verbal, with a clear, credible, andclient-focused style.
  • Passionfor environmental markets and a desire to build expertise in afast-evolving space.
