Bromsgrove District and Redditch Borough Councils are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Co-ordinator to lead health and safety across Housing Property Services. You will drive safer working practices, support compliance, use insight to improve performance and promote a positive safety culture across the service.

The role requires a minimum of five years’ relevant experience and professional health and safety qualifications.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong experience in health and safety management and project delivery.
• Experience in Voids, Repairs & Maintenance, Equipment and Adaptations.
• Experience managing and monitoring revenue contracts.
• Relevant professional qualifications in health and safety, project management and training delivery.

Salary, contract and hours

• Grade 8 (SCP 30 - 34): £40,777 - £45,091
• Permanent contract
• Full-time: 37 hours per week
