A leading organization in the field of environmental health is looking for an Environmental Health Services Manager to oversee the operations of its Hertfordshire department. The successful candidate will ensure public health and safety through regulation enforcement, manage a skilled team, and collaborate with stakeholders. Candidates must hold a relevant diploma or degree, be a Chartered Practitioner, and possess significant managerial experience in environmental health.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Environmental Health or approved Degree in Environmental Heath and Certificate of Registration from the Environmental Health Officers Registration Board or equivalent.
• To be a Chartered Environmental Health Practitioner.
• Substantial experience in one or more specialisms in Environmental Health.
• Substantial experience of leading services at a managerial level.
• High level of knowledge and understanding of relevant service legislation and good practice.

Hours: 37hrs per week

Pay: £40.00 - £45.00ph paid weekly via umbrella – inside IR35

Duration: 12 week contract initially – will be extended if everything goes well
