A global technical construction company is seeking a dedicated EHS Advisor to uphold clients’ high standards of health and safety across projects. Reporting to the EHS Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing safety management systems and promoting a positive safety culture throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site safety audits and inspections to identify hazards.
  • Advise on corrective actions for non-compliance.
  • Support toolbox talks and safety training for workers.
  • Assist with incident investigations and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with UK regulations.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
  • Proven health and safety experience, ideally in construction.
  • Strong knowledge of UK health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel onsite daily—70% field work, 30% office.
