Job: Environmental, Health & Safety Data Analyst
Duration: 12+ months
This role is inside IR35 and will be paid via umbrella.

Please note that this role is hybrid, with occasional attendance at the Bristol office.

If you are an Environmental, Health & Safety Data Analyst seeking to work with a leading aviation company, this could be the role for you. You will join a team where your experience will help drive the project forward.

About the role:

The role involves advancing software use for data recording and analytics, developing reporting procedures, audit protocols, and conducting compliance audits. You will communicate with stakeholders to gather data, support environmental metrics, and collaborate globally to align strategies. You will be responsible for metrics reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Position responsibilities:
  • Carbon and energy reporting (Scope 1, 2 & 3) in line with UK and EU requirements.
  • Enhancing data recording and analytics processes.
  • Implementing reporting and audit protocols.
  • Managing environmental data and creating reportable metrics.
  • Leading cross-functional meetings and liaising with UK leadership and stakeholders.
  • Preparing regulatory reports and permit applications.
  • Maintaining environmental, health, and safety metrics.
  • Supporting sustainability strategies and councils.
  • Supporting ISO activities, audits, legal compliance, incident response, and policies.
  • Managing compliance requirements and risks.
  • Overseeing regulatory calendars and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Engaging with site programs and organizations.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Relevant Level 3 qualification in H&S, environmental, or data fields.
  • Proficient in Excel and data analytics software.
  • Experience with carbon reporting or data analytics.
  • Ability to translate regulations into procedures.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
