A local government council in Tewkesbury is seeking an experienced Environmental Health Officer to join their Environmental Health Team. The successful candidate will lead on environmental protection matters, safeguard public health, and supervise a small team. A qualified Environmental Health Officer with strong communication and organizational skills is preferred. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Environmental Health Officer to work within our Environmental Health Team. Our EHOs play a vital role in safeguarding public health and maintaining a high level of environmental quality within our borough.
The successful candidate will be a qualified Environmental Health Officer with strong professional experience. You will be a team player with excellent organisational and communication skills.
This role involves taking a lead on environmental protection matters and supervising a small team of officers. While recent environmental protection experience is preferred, we welcome applications from candidates with experience across the core environmental health specialisms.
