Environmental Health & Food Safety Compliance Officer - Food and Beverage Partners - Event Space - London

up to £52k + bonus & benefits

We are looking for an experienced Environmental Health & Food Safety Compliance Officer with relevant experience conducting food safety audits and producing and reviewing HACCP, risk assessments, and policy documentation, to join a leading events venue in London.

Joining a world-class venue, the main responsibility of this role is to have operational responsibility for ensuring that all retail units, kitchens, and commercial partnerships across the venue are food safety and legislatively compliant.

You will act as a key knowledge holder/provider to all stakeholders and will ensure that immediate actions are taken where non-compliance issues arise.

Key responsibilities:

1. Working with all food & beverage partners to ensure they meet legislative and food safety compliance and being the main point of contact for all food safety matters.
2. Ensuring required standards of safety, security, cleanliness, service delivery, and presentation are maintained.
3. Ensuring that quality control and reporting systems are in place.
4. Conducting regular inspections and event audits across the venue.
