Leigh Day is seeking a solicitor to join Oliver Holland's UK and International Group Litigation team. You will work on environmental group claims, including domestic water pollution matters, with responsibilities across investigation, development, and coordination with clients and experts.

The role requires 2-4 years PQE in complex litigation and a demonstrable interest in environmental law, access to justice and claimant-side group litigation. Travel to UK and overseas may be required.

Qualifications

• Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE in complex litigation.
• Experience in group litigation and managing large client groups would be advantageous.
• Strong grounding in environmental law and access to justice.

Responsabilités

• Help manage and progress existing group claims.
• Work with clients, counsel and experts.
• Supervise junior colleagues and contribute to new matters.
• Assist investigation and development of environmental and corporate accountability litigation.
• Work with teams across international matters and travel as needed.
