Environmental Engineer - Remediation Projects
Location: South West England (travel UK-wide)
Salary: Competitive + benefits
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design, planning, and delivery of remediation and earthworks projects
  • Carry out site investigations, sampling, monitoring, and data interpretation
  • Support project managers with technical input and site supervision
  • Ensure all work meets health, safety, and environmental compliance standards
  • Prepare reports, method statements, and risk assessments
  • Liaise effectively with clients, regulators, and subcontractors
Candidate Requirements
  • Degree in Environmental Engineering, Geoscience, Earth Science, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience working on remediation or contaminated land projects (field or project level)
  • Knowledge of environmental legislation and remediation techniques
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites as required
