Taylor Woodrow is recruiting for an Environmental Data Analyst based in Watford.

Reporting to the Head of Environment, the Environmental Data Analyst will be responsible for collating data from our projects and presenting it to the senior management team.

Duties:

• Support the Head of Environment in developing environmental reporting governance standards to ensure data is collected and verified in accordance with the VINCI Common Language.
• Perform data mapping to ensure accurate and transparent reporting, and identify areas for improvement.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret sustainability data from various sources to track performance against the Taylor Woodrow Environmental Ambitions.
• Maintain and improve our greenhouse gas (GHG), waste, water, and incident data capture, analysis, and reporting systems, ensuring they are fit for purpose and aligned with GHG Protocol, VINCI, and sector best practices.
• Collaborate with project and regional stakeholders to improve data collection and accuracy at source, utilizing bulk upload and data automation.
• Develop and maintain the environmental dashboard.
• Produce reports and present actionable insights to projects and regional teams in understandable formats.
• Work with teams to develop bespoke digital tools, such as carbon forecasting, reporting, and APIs for data automation.
• Support the rollout of the VINCI Construction reporting system within Taylor Woodrow, either through internal development or procurement and implementation of third-party systems.

Person Specification:

• Previous experience in a Data Analyst role, preferably managing environmental or sustainability data.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
