Job summary

Tetra Tech Europe is seeking an Environmental Consultant in the NALO field to deliver surveys, modelling and assessments across noise, air quality, lighting and odour. You will work with multidisciplinary teams, produce technical reports, and support planning and mitigation activities within a flexible hybrid environment.

The role emphasizes client relationships, project delivery, and contributing to growth while traveling as needed and staying compliant with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background in a scientific discipline.
• 1–2 years’ consultancy experience in a relevant environmental field.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Membership of IOA or IAIWM advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver environmental surveys, assessments and technical advice across noise, air quality, lighting and odour.
• Prepare clear reports, proposals and documentation for planning support.
• Manage budgets, deadlines and client expectations on projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust solutions.
