A leading environmental consultancy is seeking a driven Environmental Consultant to join a dynamic and supportive UK Environment Practice.

You'll collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across energy, transport, utilities, ports & harbours, and built environment sectors, tackling pressing challenges like climate change, urbanisation, and social inclusion.

What You'll Do
  • Support the coordination and delivery of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), consenting processes, options appraisals, and environmental management projects
  • Compile, edit, and present information clearly in well-structured reports
  • Deliver high-quality work, on time and within budget, managing your own project responsibilities
  • Assist senior management with bids and project delivery, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction
  • Maintain and develop professional expertise through continual professional development (CPD) with your chosen institution
What You'll Bring
  • A degree or master's in environmental science or a related field
  • EIA and consenting experience across any relevant sector
  • Working towards chartership with a professional body (e.g., IEMA, CIWEM, CIEEM, RTPI, ICE)
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, work well under pressure, and adapt to new challenges
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, self-motivated mindset
