Job Title: Environmental Caretaker

As an Environmental Caretaker, you will provide high-quality, customer-focused caretaking services to maintain our estates. Your responsibilities include:

1. Performing cleaning and maintenance activities in communal areas such as estate roads, grassed and paved areas, courtyards, garages, service roads, footpaths, and playgrounds.
2. Handling resident issues efficiently and reporting concerns to your area manager.
3. Working in partnership with colleagues to deliver effective services and improve caretaking standards.

We are looking for someone who is a people person, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and excels at delivering excellent customer care. The role requires on-site presence five days a week.

Minimum requirements:

• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Experience in caretaking or cleaning environments.
• Practical experience in using powered equipment.

A company van will be provided for your duties.
