Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Limited in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Environmental Advisor to support a growing portfolio across Scotland. This is a practical, site-facing role based at the Glasgow office two days a week, with three days on travel across Scotland on power, civils, electrification and installation projects.

You’ll manage environmental inspections, audits, and compliance, cover ecology, waste, noise, carbon, and sustainability, provide data analysis and KPIs, run workshops, and coach

Qualifications

• Environmental / Sustainability HNC or equivalent (or above).
• Practical site or project environment experience.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, utilities, rail, energy or similar.
• Good communication with site teams.
• A proactive approach and ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to travel across Scotland.

Responsibilities

• Environmental inspections, audits and compliance.
• Ecology and environmental constraint management, waste, noise and vibration, carbon and sustainability.
• Environmental KPIs, reporting and data analysis.
• Environmental workshops and briefings.
• Supporting and coaching site and operational teams.
• Working with clients and project teams on environmental matters.
