Job summary

Galliford Try Group is seeking an Environmental Advisor to join its Environment Business in Hampshire. You will report to the Framework HS&E Manager and help drive environmental compliance and performance across projects.

You will collaborate with operational teams, clients, regulators and supply chain partners to ensure high environmental standards and sustainable outcomes throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental, HS&E or sustainability within construction, infrastructure, utilities or similar sector.
• Strong understanding of environmental legislation, management systems and risk management principles.
• Experience supporting projects through design, planning and construction lifecycle.
• Good understanding of environmental audits, inspections and compliance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of environmental strategy and continual improvement initiatives.
• Provide environmental guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
• Assist with ISO 14001 audits and environmental documentation reviews.
• Monitor environmental performance and drive corrective actions where needed.
