Join us in our fight to make access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment a right and not a privilege.

Manufacturing

Our supply chain is the backbone of our business. It's how we get our trusted products to people all over the world, safely and efficiently. Our talented and passionate teams make this happen.

If you're looking for a career in supply chain, Reckitt offers a variety of exciting opportunities across all areas, from planning and procurement to manufacturing and logistics. You could join our Global Supply Planning team to develop and implement our global supply strategy, or work with our Procurement Centre of Excellence to negotiate and manage supplier relationships.

Our Manufacturing Excellence team helps improve the efficiency, quality, and safety of manufacturing operations, while our Logistics Excellence team develops innovative distribution methods.

About the role

You will lead the site Environmental & Sustainability programme, ensuring compliance with legal, local, and Reckitt standards. You will identify and lead initiatives to support the 2030 & 2040 Reckitt Global Sustainability Targets, developing a culture of continuous improvement through communication, training, workshops, and best practices. Staying current on legislation and identifying external best practices will be key.

Your responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with legal and Reckitt standards, and implement remediation plans for non-compliance.
  • Conduct self-assessments, audits, and health checks to identify risks or non-compliance issues prior to audits.
  • Develop procedures to deliver the Environment Master Plan (EMS).
  • Lead E&S audits and improvement activities, linking them to global sustainability targets.
  • Monitor and improve E&S KPIs, and develop plans for KPIs off track.
  • Support E&S training programs to enhance compliance and awareness.
The experience we're looking for
  • Degree in Engineering or STEM (preferably with environmental specialization) with 3-5 years of industry experience.
  • Certified in IEMA Environmental Management or equivalent.
  • Experience in FMCG, preferably in high care environments like pharmaceutical, healthcare, or food.
  • Knowledge of UK regulatory standards and ISO standards (ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO9001).
  • Achievement-oriented, resilient, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong leadership, motivation, and team-working skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities at all levels.
The skills for success

Customer service, technical, health and safety awareness, attention to detail, financial management, decision-making, analytical and problem-solving, leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

What we offer

We promote inclusion and support our employees through various programs, benefits, and share plans. We recognize outstanding performance with incentives, aligning with Reckitt's pay-for-performance philosophy.
