We are seeking an Environment, Safety & Health (ESH) Manager at Sulzer Pumps UK Ltd in Leeds. If you are passionate about safety and environmental responsibility, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.

Purpose of the role

As ESH Manager, you will foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility, leading the ESH team to develop and improve policies ensuring legal compliance and employee well-being.

Main responsibilities

• Lead and support the ESH team in achieving safety objectives
• Ensure continuous improvement and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Promote a proactive safety culture
• Maintain compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 standards
• Manage departmental budgets and support risk reduction initiatives
