The Role

As Environment and Release Manager, you will be a vital part of the IT team, ensuring high-quality project deliveries and working on transformation programs. The role will expand to oversee releases across all business systems (ERP/CRM/HCM), managing the end-to-end release cycle, and collaborating with all stakeholders to ensure successful implementations. It involves planning, coordinating, negotiating, and navigating to successful outcomes.

You?

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in managing environments and releases, with experience as an Application Environment Engineer or similar role, preferably within CRM transformation programs (specifically MS D365 CRM). This is the largest program within the IT estate and will be your primary focus initially.

You should have relevant Azure certifications, a strong understanding of release management processes, methodologies, tools, and experience with Application Lifecycle Management.

Proficiency in release management and project management tools is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

This role demands strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. NB... experience with SaaS solutions like D365, NetSuite, and ServiceNow is essential.
