Job Description:

Head of SHE - Heavy Civils

Preferably North West England (Yorkshire & Midlands also considered)

This leading and rapidly growing property services group is looking to add a Chartered SHE Lead to the infrastructure services part of its business.

They're looking for a passionate and driven SHE Leader who will inspire the national SHE team, implementing a strong safety culture across operations whilst ensuring compliance with the highest industry standards.

Reporting into the Group SHE Director and the Head of Energy, the successful candidate will:

  1. Lead, develop, and mentor the national SHEQ team
  2. Support operational teams nationwide
  3. Conduct site visits across the UK
  4. Work closely with stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and industry leaders

In order to be considered, applicants should satisfy the following criteria:

  1. Have experience in heavy civils, ideally deep excavation and gas transmission
  2. 5 years' experience at a similar level
  3. Experience managing a team of SHE professionals
  4. A full UK driving license - regular travel to be expected
