Job Description:

HSE Manager

This is a unique and challenging opportunity to take on multi-site responsibility across an expanding pharmaceutical manufacturing business that is looking to strengthen its approach to consistent Health and Safety management. Having advanced over the past two years through successful projects to increase manufacturing and headcount, Health and Safety remains a key focus.

While this role is multi-site focused, it also involves hands-on responsibility across all Health and Safety aspects, not just oversight.

The manufacturing environment's unique nature requires previous experience in radiation and/or radioactivity, including creating consistent procedures and supporting local site challenges to maintain compliance.

As the business plans to expand its facilities, the HSE Manager will be responsible for developing new documentation and processes for implementation.

The position is based remotely and not tied to a single facility. Travel to each site approximately once a month is expected, with a car or car allowance provided as part of the benefits. Additionally, in the first six months, three days on-site at a South-East Surrey facility will be required to address immediate challenges.

For further information, please contact Mark Bux-Ryan.

Key experience:
