  • Prepare clear and timely SHEQ reports for the leadership team.

Training & Engagement

  • Develop and deliver toolbox talks, bulletins, and staff inductions.
  • Coordinate with HR to provide training and support.
  • Lead safety meetings and manage First Aid and Fire Marshall responsibilities.

Operational Support

  • Keep records and risk assessments up to date (e.g., COSHH, lifting equipment).
  • Oversee PPE requirements and specifications.
  • Support client pre-qualification processes and supplier assessments.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar SHEQ or HSE role.
  • Chartered IOSH status.

  • Full UK driving licence.

Preferred:

  • CDM experience and Lead Auditor certification.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality assurance.
  • Background in engineering or project delivery.

Personal Attributes

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Communicates clearly and builds trust with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Has an eye for detail and a practical mindset.
  • Can work flexibly and take initiative when needed.
