The Company:

Due to their exceptional growth, they are looking to expand their HSE UK team with permanent managerial opportunities across the country.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HSE management systems across multiple construction sites nationwide
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and create robust safety protocols for complex large-scale construction projects
  • Lead safety training programs and ensure full compliance with UK health and safety regulations
  • Provide strategic guidance to project teams on preventing workplace incidents and maintaining high safety standards
  • Monitor and report on HSE performance, developing continuous improvement strategies
  • Investigate and analyse workplace incidents, recommending preventative measures
  • Collaborate with senior management to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution
