This is a strategic, multi-site role that will shape the future of HSE practices across manufacturing, warehousing, transport, and retail operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead HSE strategy and ensure compliance across all operational sites
• Drive continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental standards
• Oversee risk assessments, internal audits, incident investigations, and environmental reporting
• Deliver HSE training, coaching, and cultural change initiatives
• Implement ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and manage the company’s IMS
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and senior leadership to report on HSE trends and improvements
• Support energy reduction and environmental best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven HSE leadership across multi-site environments (logistics/warehousing )
• NEBOSH Diploma (or working towards)
• Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and ISO standards
• Experience with integrated management systems and remote/multi-location oversight
