Job summary

Contract Personnel Limited is recruiting a Warehouse Labourer to join our client’s manufacturing team in Norwich. The role involves preparing products for delivery, wrapping securely, labelling accurately, and ensuring readiness for dispatch with a focus on safety and quality.

Full training will be provided, no prior manufacturing experience required; a positive attitude, reliability and attention to detail are essential as you learn to handle manual tasks and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• No prior manufacturing experience required.
• No formal qualifications required.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good attention to detail when wrapping and labelling products.
• Ability to follow instructions and work to company standards.
• Reliable and flexible approach to work.
• Willingness to undertake manual handling tasks and follow safe working practices.
• Must be aged 18 or over.

Responsibilities

• Wrapping and packaging conservatory roofs and other manufactured products ready for delivery.
• Dismantling completed conservatory roof assemblies in preparation for dispatch.
• Ensuring products are securely wrapped and protected during transport.
• Labelling products in line with company procedures and standards.
• Checking that wrapping and labelling are completed accurately and to the required standard.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
• Following all company health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assisting with other duties as required.
