Job summary

Vortex Companies, LLC is seeking a general labourer to support drainage and utility installation works across varied sites in the South of the UK. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided, and you will be part of a supportive team focused on safety and efficiency.

You will handle materials, assist plant operators and trades, and help maintain clean, organized sites while adhering to H&S procedures.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training will be provided.
• Must be well organized with a positive can-do attitude.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Must communicate effectively and politely with customers and colleagues across the business.
• Willingness to undertake training and development as appropriate.
• Able to work on own initiative.
• Must follow H&S and Quality Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with drainage and utility installation works.
• Loading, unloading and moving materials and equipment safely around site.
• Assisting plant operators and skilled trades where required.
• Maintaining site cleanliness.
• Following health & safety procedures and site rules.
• Assisting with SLG activities.
• Working as part of a team to complete works safely and efficiently.
• Carrying out general labouring duties as directed by site management.
