Why are these roles so important?
After a tough few years for education, many students are still catching up. Schools are increasing 1:1 and small group support to help children thrive again—and that’s where you come in. Working alongside teachers and SENCOs to support lesson delivery

Contributing to a positive, safe, and happy classroom environment

Offering encouragement and reassurance to help students succeed

We’re Looking for People Who:

Are reliable, positive, and punctual

Work well as part of a team and independently

Have great interpersonal skills and confidence to engage students

Want to make a difference for children in North Tyneside schools

Might have experience in roles like nannying, youth work, care work, sports coaching—or just have a real passion for helping young people grow

What You’ll Get from Us:

Weekly pay through PAYE (no umbrella companies, no hidden fees)

Free CPD and online training to help you grow your skills

£50 referral bonus if you recommend a friend
