The Role:
As a Solicitor, you will provide legal guidance on tenancy management, housing, civil litigation, and regulatory matters. You will handle routine cases, assist on complex and high-profile cases, and work within a culture of continuous improvement.

About You:
You should be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Fellow of CILEx with knowledge of childcare law and related legislation. Experience advising on local authority duties concerning children and young adults is essential. A broad knowledge of Local Government law or willingness to learn is preferred.
You should be a strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills, diplomatic, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team. Westminster is committed to supporting Care Leavers and encourages their applications.
