Pay Range: $16/hr to $20/hr depending on experience

We install, service, repair, and maintain various types and brands of HVAC systems and generators. What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist in performing routine maintenance on residential HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Learn how to inspect, clean, and replace filters, coils, and other essential components.
• Support senior technicians in diagnosing and troubleshooting minor HVAC issues.
• Document maintenance tasks and communicate findings with customers and team members.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines while working on job sites.
• Participate in company-provided training to develop your technical skills and knowledge.

What We're Looking For:

• 0-1 year of HVAC experience or relevant technical training.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the HVAC industry.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Great communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• EPA certification is a plus, but not required.
