Job summary

Flourish in Manchester / Cheshire is hiring an Entry-Level SDR. This role offers a £28,000–£30,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission in a hybrid setup. You will generate new opportunities, research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and qualify opportunities for the sales team.

No prior sales experience is required—attitude and ambition matter. You’ll learn with comprehensive onboarding, and progress toward Senior SDR/AE roles while building your sales and commercial skills.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early-career professional in a commercial track.
• Degree educated or graduate calibre as a baseline.
• Ambitious, driven, and eager to learn in a sales environment.
• No prior sales experience required; attitude matters more than background.
• Able to learn and adopt sales tools and processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts, markets, and prospective customers.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new sales opportunities.
• Introduce prospects to the company's products or services.
• Ask discovery questions to understand needs and priorities.
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads against criteria and book qualified meetings.
• Maintain CRM records with accurate activity data.
• Support handover of opportunities to Account Executives.
