Flourish is hiring an Entry Level SDR at our Chester office. The role focuses on outbound outreach, lead generation, and booking meetings for the sales team. You will build a strong pipeline by identifying prospects, qualifying opportunities, and engaging with decision-makers across industries.

Training is provided and performance incentives are uncapped. The position offers a competitive base of £27,000 plus uncapped commission, with clear progression paths into higher sales roles.
