Compensation:

Starting hourly pay: $24.05- $26.44, equating to $50,000 - 55,000 annually for a 40-hour work week.

- On-target earnings up to $75,000, with an uncapped commission structure for unlimited earning potential. Top earners may expect upwards of $100,000.00 in total earnings.

Role Overview: Entry Level Sales Representative

You will work with sales and executive teams to identify leads and drive growth by establishing initial contact with prospects. You'll set appointments for sales colleagues to present C-4's unique solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct high-volume cold calling, email, and social media outreach.
2. Use existing data and find new leads.
3. Develop relationships with prospects.
4. Generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.
5. This role requires daily in-person attendance in Wakefield, MA.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 1+ years of sales experience including cold calling and lead generation or any combination of internship experience - preferred.
3. Proficiency in overcoming objections and high-volume cold calling.
4. Experience in selling digital marketing or related services is advantageous.
5. Strong ambition and aim for rapid achievement.
6. CRM experience, preferably Hubspot.
7. Call center sales experience is beneficial.
