The Role
As an Entry-Level Sales Assistant at Global Opportunity, you'll receive full training across all departments, allowing you to build a well-rounded foundation in sales, customer engagement, and leadership. This role is ideal for those eager to develop their skills and grow with the company. You'll spend 8-12 months gaining experience in various areas, with opportunities to progress to a management position based on your performance. Your daily activities will focus on driving sales through customer engagement and supporting the team in achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers, promoting our clients' products and services to drive sales
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of our events
  • Learn and apply effective sales techniques, customer service skills, and closing strategies
  • Rotate through different departments, including sales, marketing, and event logistics, to gain a comprehensive understanding of our operations
