The Autumn 2026 intake focuses on developing top billers through extensive training in recruitment and sales techniques, with progression to senior roles based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or sales-based position is desirable.
• Degree educated is preferable.
• Excellent negotiation skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Effectively interview and assess candidates for suitable positions.
• Pro-actively find/headhunt and create your own network of high calibre candidates.
• Negotiate offers and successfully place candidates.
