Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, video calls, email, and networking.
• Build and manage relationships with candidates and clients.
• Develop expertise in a specialist market (e.g. Tech, Finance, Legal, Life Sciences).
• Source candidates via job boards and LinkedIn.
• Manage KPIs, targets, and pipeline activity.
• Conduct virtual and face-to-face interviews and client meetings.
