The Opportunity as a Recruitment Consultant

We are currently seeking ambitious, sales-driven individuals to join us as Entry Level Recruitment Consultants. No prior recruitment experience or qualifications are necessary. Day-to-day Expectations

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage your own business within a commercial and entrepreneurial environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building relationships with clients
  • Winning new business
  • Managing the entire recruitment cycle
  • Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
  • Matching candidates to suitable jobs

We provide all necessary tools and support to help you meet targets and succeed, including access to advanced bespoke technology and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications and Skills Needed

  • At least 6 months experience in sales or KPI-driven environments (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Target-oriented and competitive mindset
  • Resilience, determination, and ambition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative, especially in remote work settings
