We provide industry‑leading training to turn you into a top‑performing sales professional.

Job Description

As an Associate Consultant, you’ll step into a full‑cycle (360°) Recruitment role, giving you full ownership of your market and your success.

You’ll gain hands‑on experience in:

• Business Development – winning new clients and building your own portfolio
• Account Management – developing long‑term client relationships
• Negotiation – closing deals and maximizing value
• Headhunting – identifying and engaging top talent
• Market Expertise – becoming a specialist in your niche
