The Opportunity as a Recruitment Consultant

We are currently looking for ambitious and sales-driven individuals to join us as Entry Level Recruitment Consultants. No prior recruitment experience or qualifications are required. We value individuals who are passionate about people, ambitious, insightful, expert, and innovative. You will receive industry-leading training and support, with plentiful opportunities for fast-track promotions.

What should I expect day to day as a Recruitment Consultant?

You will manage your own business in a commercial environment, handling the entire recruitment cycle including:

• Building relationships with clients
• Winning new business
• Managing vacancies from start to finish
• Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
• Matching candidates to jobs

We provide all the tools and support needed to meet targets and succeed, including access to advanced bespoke technology and uncapped commission opportunities.

What you'll need to succeed as a Recruitment Consultant?

• At least 6 months experience in sales or KPI-driven environments (preferred but not mandatory)
• Passion for hitting targets and working in a competitive environment
• Resilience, determination, drive, and ambition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly
• Self-motivated with strong initiative, especially while working remotely
