Entry-Level Contract Recruitment Consultant (10:30am - 7pm USA Contract Division)

Bristol City Centre

£27,000 - £29,000 (1st Year Realistic Earnings: Up to 70K) + Quick Progression + Excellent Commission (Uncapped - up to 40%) + Social and Empowered Environment + International Opportunities + 10:30am Start + Early Friday Finish

Rise Technical is a specialist recruitment consultancy with an incredible reputation for providing staffing solutions into a number of technical sectors, including Engineering, IT, Construction, Energy, and Public Sector within the UK, Europe, USA & Canada.

Due to our USA Division's ongoing success, we opened our first international offices in Miami and Austin last year, and we're now looking for like-minded individuals to join our social and success-driven Bristol team.

This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is looking for a new role that allows them to have a large impact on their own earnings through uncapped commission while fast-tracking their career through unlimited progression.

The Details:

1. Massively increase your earnings with uncapped commission, up to 40% of what you bill
2. Rapid progression through to Management and Directorship
3. Receive full training to ensure you're successful in the role

Responsibilities:

1. Build your own client base through developing long-term client relationships
2. Headhunting high-quality candidates for a variety of technical roles
3. Managing the recruitment process for clients and candidates from start to finish
