Acceler8 Talent, part of Understanding Recruitment Group, is a specialist technology recruitment business with offices in St Albans and Boston. We’re seeking driven graduates for our 2026 intake to learn how to build relationships with candidates and clients, source top tech talent, and manage recruitment from interview to offer.

You’ll join a structured training programme delivered by our in-house Learning & Development team, with ongoing support from experienced consultants and leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in technology and emerging markets.
• Proactive, motivated and resilient.
• Comfortable speaking with new people and working with teams.
• No recruitment experience required; potential is key.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage top tech talent for client partnerships.
• Manage recruitment processes from interview through to offer stage.
• Build relationships with candidates and clients to understand needs.
• Develop deep knowledge of AI, ML, quantum computing and related markets.
• Provide timely feedback and contribute to a high-performance recruitment culture.

You’ll join a structured training programme delivered by our in-house Learning & Development team, alongside ongoing support from experienced consultants, leadership teams, and peer mentoring. Your focus will be on candidate delivery, developing expertise in sourcing, screening and talent engagement.
