Job summary

Chicago Trading Company (CTC) invites ambitious graduates to join the Quant Trading Associate program in London. This entry-level role offers exposure to trading and quant activities, from trade execution to back-testing and pricing of derivatives, with mentorship from senior quants and developers.

You will collaborate across teams to identify opportunities, learn hands-on across technology and finance, and develop skills to drive revenue and strategic insights in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree accepted.
• Graduation between December 2026 and June 2027 required.
• Strong academic record or awards would help.

Responsibilities

• Identify trading opportunities and impact the team through problem solving.
• Engage in trade execution, strategy formulation, back-testing, data analysis, and pricing of derivatives.
• Communicate with traders, risk managers, software engineers and quants throughout the day.
