Job summary

Charm Living in Manchester (hybrid) seeks an entry-level Junior Property Manager and Compliance Assistant. You will work with our Compliance Manager, receive training, and pursue professional qualifications in compliance or property management as part of your development plan.

You will gain hands-on exposure to live portfolios from day one, compiling compliance docs, supporting FRA actions, and helping monitor statutory obligations across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Requesting, chasing and collating compliance documentation from property managers and contractors
• Supporting Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) actions and maintaining audit trails
• Assisting with monitoring and auditing statutory compliance obligations across the portfolio
• Supporting Building Safety Cases and the Golden Thread of information for Higher-Risk Buildings
• Preparing compliance reporting and maintaining tracking documents and systems
