About The Role

Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. Here, a commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.

How You Will Contribute
  • Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure the safety of donors and staff.
  • Screen donors, record vital signs and finger stick results.
  • Use our Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
  • Identify operational opportunities for improvement and initiate process changes.
  • Work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to walk and stand for entire shift.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lean, bend, crouch, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Fine motor coordination, good depth perception, and hearing ability.
  • Prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
  • 1+ years experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
