Responsibilities:

  • Contributing strategy ideas as experience grows
  • Learning about multiple asset classes and high-frequency trading

Qualifications:

Candidates should have a PhD from a top-tier university in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Signal Processing, Data Mining, Mathematics, Operations Research, etc.

In addition to an excellent academic record, candidates should have a track record of professional quantitative or technological achievements.

Research experience in academia or research labs is preferred. Experience in financial markets is a plus but not mandatory. A process-driven problem-solving approach and intellectual curiosity in quantitative finance are essential.
