Job summary

Eurofins Scientific in Lancaster, PA is seeking an entry-level Laboratory Systems Specialist to support data automation and reporting in a regulated lab environment. You will develop tools, assist with software validation, and ensure data integrity while collaborating with lab and quality teams.

The role is suited for graduates with programming exposure who want to grow in a data-oriented, regulated setting and contribute to quality-focused projects across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience with programming exposure through coursework or projects.
• Familiarity with data integrity and validation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom spreadsheets and automated tools to support laboratory data processing and reporting.
• Collaborate with laboratory and quality teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support the configuration, testing, and implementation of data management solutions.
• Assist in creating and executing software validation documentation (URS, FRS, IQ/OQ, UAT).
• Review automated spreadsheets and tools to ensure compliance with validation and quality requirements.
• Troubleshoot existing applications, implement updates, and support end users.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
