Morton Fraser MacRoberts is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide first and second line technical support and help maintain smooth IT operations. The role is office-based and suited for recent graduates or individuals with basic IT skills.

You will join a supportive team, with opportunities to help develop support processes and collaborate with IT colleagues on projects. Excellent communication and a proactive attitude are valued.

Qualifications

• Education in IT or related field preferred.
• Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or those with relevant technical skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS (10/11) and Microsoft 365 expected.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second line technical support to end users.
• Support IT desk operations and ensure timely resolution of requests.
• Assist in developing and implementing IT support processes and automation.
• Collaborate with IT team on projects and new technologies.
• Monitor support metrics and help improve service quality.
