We are currently recruiting I.T Field Engineers to work at various sites around Fort William. No experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.

About You:

• Regardless of experience, the most important element to any candidate is a genuine passion for I.T & a willingness to learn new skills.
• The role of an IT field engineer is field-based and may require travel to various sites. A valid driving license, your own vehicle, and a flexible approach to travel are essential.
• Practical skills such as DIY experience would be highly beneficial.
• Ex-Military candidates are desirable.

Main Responsibilities of the IT Field Engineers:

• Attending customer sites to install or resolve IT equipment.
• Working closely with the IT support desk to provide feedback on support calls and ongoing issues.
• Liaising with account managers and updating customers on the progress and resolution of issues.
